What are the browser or systems requirements for USMLEasy?

I can't log-in. Why?
Make sure that you are using your full email address as your username. This is the email address that you used when you signed up for an account. The e-mail address and password can be found in the order confirmation e-mail.

I'm an AccessMedicine subscriber yet I can't log in to USMLEasy.
AccessMedicine users receive the lite version of USMLEasy as part of their subscription. The Lite version includes fewer questions that USMLEasy subscribers enjoy. To access USMLEasy Lite, you must first enter AccessMedicine and log into "My AccessMedicine" by clicking on the "My AccessMedicine" tab.
Once you are authenticated, click on USMLEasy logo on the AccessMedicine homepage. Go to myAccessMedicine.

According to the website, I'm entitled to full access to AccessMedicine for the length of my subscription. How do I get into AccessMedicine?
To enter AccessMedicine, you must first login to USMLEasy. Once on the Exam homepage, scroll down for the AccessMedicine link.

I need more time to access USMLEasy in order to prepare for my exam. What should I do?
As a USMLEasy user you can purchase an extension in order to have more time working on the USMLEasy bank of questions. Click on the shopping cart icon in the top navigation and when the order page renders, select an extension from the pulldown menu.

If I extend my original access one time can I extend it a second (third, etc.) time?
Yes, there are no limits to the amount of times you can pay to extend access to your account

How can I clear my question history so that I can start with a clean slate?
On your Exam Home page you can elect to clear your history. Check 'yes' in the box next to
the statement "Clear ALL your previous exam data" and click on "Clear exams." Once done, the system
will count all questions as unseen and your scoring history will be completely erased. Please note that you can clear your history only once.

How can I make sure that I see all of the questions in the database?
Make sure "Only use unseen questions" is checked from the Take Exam page. Then, when you select questions by discipline, you'll the total number of questions remaining unseen in that discipline displayed. Choose some or all of those questions for each discipline until there are none remaining.

I think I found an error in a question. What do I do?
The questions in USMLEasy undergo extensive editing. To report errors, please send an email to OnlineCustomer_Service@mcgraw-hill.com. Be sure to include the question ID. We appreciate your cooperation in making USMLEasy a more useful service.
